Their cybersecurity‑first approach ensures that businesses are safeguarded against constantly evolving digital threats, providing comprehensive IT solutions to keep operations secure and efficient. Position Summary: We’re looking for a Level 2 IT Systems & Network Engineer with solid MSP experience to deliver advanced technical support and ensure the seamless operation of client environments. You will be the go‑to expert across Microsoft cloud services, Windows Server infrastructure, and UniFi networking, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 security and compliance. If you enjoy troubleshooting, thrive in a dynamic MSP setting, and take pride in keeping systems secure and reliable, this role is for you. Qualifications & Hard Skills 2‑3 years of proven experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment (must‑have) Strong background in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory Proven track record of supporting Windows Server (2012‑2019+) in production environments Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 – near‑native level) Excellent ability to organize, document, and communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration & security tools (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune) Practical skills in Defender for Office 365 and Defender for Endpoint configuration and monitoring Proficiency in networking fundamentals: VLANs, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, VPNs, firewalls Experience with backup and disaster recovery systems, patching, and infrastructure health monitoring Skilled in managing UniFi environments (switches, routers, firewalls, WAPs) Familiarity with PSA & RMM tools (Halo PSA, NinjaRMM) Responsibilities Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, including synchronization with Entra ID Connect Maintain and optimize Windows Server infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, file/print services, virtualization platforms) Oversee and secure Microsoft 365 environments, configuring security policies and responding to alerts/incidents Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot UniFi networks (controllers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, SSIDs) Use RMM/PSA systems for proactive patching, updates, asset management, and documentation Participate in reactive support and proactive maintenance tasks across multiple client environments Main Tools to manage for this position Microsoft Workspace: Outlook, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive Microsoft Office: Word, Excel Hubstaff: Web and Desktop Apps, Hubstaff Tasks Teams: Meetings, Categories and Channels Why us?
