We are always moving forward - always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.The RoleThe asset analyst has overall responsibility for the integrity of the information in the asset repositories.Specific responsibilities are:- Reviewing and resolving all asset discrepancies or variances- Correlating contract information with asset repository records- Verifying the accuracy of asset information from other processes.- Update asset records based on incidents/tasks/requirements received- Attach the documentation and/or artifacts required at each stage of the process to the asset record- Identify areas for process improvement and communicate them to the Asset Manager- Support asset retirement and recording of activity results.- Manage insurance procedures- Manage theft/loss reports- Safeguard the documentation associated with the assets at any stage of the process.Who You Are- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- Proven experience with:- License management (including software license compliance)- Inventory management (includes physical components)- Allocation of available assets to meet approved requests- Retirement of obsolete assets- Suggesting the request for additional assets (for example, if there is a policy of maintaining minimum inventory stock levels for the standard asset item that is frequently needed)Being YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
