The Securities & Derivative Analyst 1 is an entry level position responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions.**Responsibilities**:- Perform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of booking requests- Generate and match trade confirmations according to the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) templates- Complete settlement tasks and daily rate revaluations accurately and on time- Coordinate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution- Perform regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities in accordance with established policies- Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports- Participate in the periodic General Ledger (GL) proofing exercises as directed**Qualifications**:- Relevant experience preferred- Fundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting and regulatory policies- Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment- Demonstrated knowledge of macros- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills**Education**:- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting or FinanceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.El Analista de Reportes Regulatorios de Mercado de Dinero es un puesto Jr que tiene como objetivo la generación, validación y envío de los reportes regulatorios relacionados con operaciones de Mercado de Dinero y Fondos de Inversión, cumpliendo con las disposiciones normativas vigentes y estándares internos de calidad. Actúa con autonomía, se autogestiona, trabaja por objetivos y es capaz de resolver problemas de forma eficiente y estructurada.**Responsabilidades**:- Elaboración de reportes regulatorios operativos- Envío en tiempo y forma de reportes regulatorios- Conciliación y resolución de discrepancias ante el regulador- Participación en revisiones internas como auditorias.- Documentación de procesos y cumplimiento a políticas internas relacionadas con control y manejo de registros- Actualización normativa y seguimiento a cambios regulatorios para su implementación**Calificaciones**:- Recién egresado de la Licenciatura en: Economía, Finanzas, Administración, Actuaría ó Contabilidad.- Conocimiento de productos de Mercado de Dinero y Fondos de Inversión.- Excel intermedio/ avanzado- Habilidad analítica y atención al detalle- Alto sentido de responsabilidad, organización y capacidad de autogestión**Conocimientos deseables**:- Formularios de Mercado de Dinero (CVT, Reportos, Transferencias, Préstamos, Incumplimientos, Tenencias, VAAC, Liquidez intradía, OCIMN Diario, etc).- Manejo de la plataforma para envío de reportes regulatorios (SAIF y SITI) a Banco de México y la CNBV.- Proceso de resolución de discrepancias con las contrapartes y la autoridad.**Job Family Group**:Operations - Transaction Services- **Job Family**:Securities and Derivatives Processing- **Time Type**:Full time- **Most Relevant Skills**Please see the requirements listed above.- **Other Relevant Skills**For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter.-- View Citi’s _EEO Policy Statement_ and the _Know Your Rights_ poster._
