Data Management Operator

As a Master Data team mission is to facilitate the creation and sustainability of an ERP system and business processes that build data integrity and consistency. The Oracle Data Coordinator will be responsible for creation and maintenance of identified master data domains in Oracle, including items, customer, vendor, label templates, generic resources, plant resources, recipes, price lists, blanket purchase agreements, inventory organizations, warehouse configurations and other related elements.This job will be located in Queretaro #LI-Hybrid and will report to Data Management Supervisor**Key Responsibilities**- Participate in all aspects important for NA Oracle R12 system testing.- Give the results of MDMO team and work towards achieving team goals.- Work in a high stress environment.- Direct work with customers for follow-up and clarification, verification, validity and trouble shooting.- Data maintenance projects as assigned. Such as health check reports or BI analysis.- Heavy emphasis on fundamental data entry and maintenance related to all areas of master data.**Qualifications**- Proficient English.- A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience and technical training.- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service.- To isolate problems and fix immediate needs.- Outstanding leading, and defining skills.This job posting may have multiple locations listed.
