Business Unit Manager TI**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree: Technology, Business or management related.- English 100%- 5+ years of experience on IT projects.- Knowledge in Agile Methodologies and SCRUM.- US VISA.**Responsibilities**:- Establishes operational plans and strategies.- Risk mitigation to solve operational issues.- Defining and Redefining processes and procedures to improve theoperation.- Leads the unit's operations staff with extensive knowledge ofthe services of the area and leadership.- Staff Allocation.- Supervises the daily activities of the different operationsunits. It ensures compliance with the delivery of services in quality and establishedtime, generating customer satisfaction.
