In your Manager, Internal Communications role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the import-export operations, ensuring on time delivery and good customer service to our internal and external customers.- Coach and develop direct reports and ensure adherence to applicable Laws and Regulations,- Coordinate daily traffic operations from US and Mexico.- Maintain, improve and ensure compliance with the department's Key Process Indicators (KPIs).- Always looks for better ways to reduce time in processes and non-necessary payment of duties/contingencies.**Qualifications**:- Level of English : Advanced- Education : Bachelor's Degree.- Experience : 3+ years of import-export operations, or other relevant experience.**Primary Location**: Mexico-Sonora-Nogales**Additional Locations**:**Worker Type**: Employee**Worker Sub-Type**: Regular**Time Type**: Full time
