Everything we do is based on our philosophy: "Contributing to a better world by creating joint values with a vision for the future".As an E1 RPA Developer (0-3 years of experience), you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying automated processes using UiPath Software. You will work closely with business analysts, centralized developers, and stakeholders to create efficient and scalable automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business value.**Profile**- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.- 0-3 years in software development, IT, or a related field (including internships or coursework).**Responsibilities**- Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio under the guidance of senior developers and RPA CoE leadership.- Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into automation workflows.- Troubleshoot and maintain existing automations to ensure their smooth operation and scalability.- Support Citizen Developers by providing technical assistance and guidance for their automation projects.- Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices to maintain solution quality and consistency.- Participate in code reviews and adhere to established RPA development standards and guidelines.- Takes ownership and accountability for decision making.- Performs other duties as assigned**Knowledge required**:- Experience in scripting or object-oriented programming paradigms.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Hands-on experience with UiPath or other RPA development tool through internships, projects, or coursework.- UiPath RPA Developer Certification (i.e. UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Associate, UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Professional).- Programming with a robust depth of programming knowledge.- Understanding process mapping, business analysis, and automation design principles.- Experience with workflow tools, databases, and APIs.
