Electrical Engineer This position is located in Torreón, Coahuila PSE Reports to : Sr Electrical Engineer Perform a technical, electronic analysis and a complete engineering change in the product (PCBAs). Qualifications and Knowledge Electronic Engineering or related career. Advanced English Use of electronic measuring equipment. Reading and modification of schematics. Schematic and layout design. Knowledge of PCBAs, SMT and THT construction process (Desirable). Knowledge of electronics. Troubleshooting. Knowledge in ESD (Desirable). Knowledge in C++ programming or related. 1 year of experience in PCBA manufacturing or engineering changes and launching new PCBA products. Knowledge of IPC (Desirable). Skills Problem solving. Teamwork. Ability to escal ... in a timely manner. Effective communication. Oral and written communication skills in English. Willingness to travel. Sense of urgency. Duties and Responsibilities Perform technical forecasts (EE). Support production lines. Perform root cause analysis with a technical background (Troubleshooting). Perform schematic and layout engineering changes. Update assembly, electronic or tooling drawings. Lead technical meetings and propose potential engineering changes. Provide support in general activities required by the department. Comply with the quality, safety and environmental policy of the company. Comply with the internal labor regulations.
