We are eager to learn from each other, and explore and reinvent the world of technology.**What you will be working on****The Mission**:As an Automation Software Designer you will contribute to designs of remote-operated and autonomous underwater and surface equipment. Your role will include:- Working in an interdisciplinary, international and agile product team, creating test specifications and communication analysis for automation systems (PLC controller, bus interface, input/output modules with different Industrial Ethernet protocols) and test benches under consideration of international and internal Festo testing standards.- Designing, development and maintenance of test strategies, test environment and test setups for Fieldbus communication protocols (CC-Link, EtherCat, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).- Analyzing the collected test results and preparing test protocol.- Maintaining and optimizing existing test methodologies.- Developing technical research and feasibility studies and new test solutions.**What you offer us**- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation etc.- Knowledge in electronics measurement equipment, electrical measurements and communication monitoring and logging (e.g., Wireshark, Jenkins).- Programming skillsets in some of the areas of C#/.NET, Python, NI TestStand.- Experience with Fieldbus protocols such as CC-Link, EtherCAT, PROFINET or EtherNet/IP.- Ability to learn fast, make decision and take responsibility for the results in dynamic and changing environment.- Flexible, adaptable, open to meet the change.- You are a team player, able to work in a multicultural working environment.- You are focused on the added value for the internal and/or external clients.- You think out of the box and demonstrate continuous improvement attitude.- You are open to meet changes- Excellent written and spoken English**What we offer you**- Flexible working environment- Learning budget and platforms- Wide variety of projects you could be part of- Medical subscription- HR representative to guide you in your professional career development- Flexible benefits platform**Our recruitment process**- HR Discussion- Technical interview- Offer**Meet us**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
