**Job Post Position Available****Position: Engineering Clerk (Temporary)****Work Schedule**:Typ. Mon-Fri Sat. as neededMinimum 47.5 hr/week**Reports To: Detailing Supervisor****Location/Division New Millennium Building Systems - Juarez, MX****Department: Engineering****Pay Grade/Pay Rate: Commensurate with performance and experience****Brief Description**:N ew Millennium is the 2nd largest steel joist and deck fabricator in the United States. We are proud of our flexibility and eagerness to assist customers and co-workers.**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:- General office duties to include answering phones, scanning files, office supply inventory, etc.- Responsible for receiving, processing, and filing booked job drawing and documents received from sales department.- Responsible for receiving and filing updated drawings and documents until detailer is assigned.- Creates job files and Trello card- Receives/files coordination material and notifies detailer (Steel Drawings, ESFR, HVAC, etc.)- Plots field use drawings for trucks- Maintains paper orders and contacts printer company for maintenance**Required**- Must be very organized and able to manage time effectively.- Must have the ability to effectively communicate with others.- Fluent with Microsoft Office Applications Word, Excel, and Outlook.- Must be willing and able to be flexible in daily duties.- Proficient in speaking and writing in English and Spanish.**Preferred**- Familiarity with internal joist/deck detailing program.- Experience in the steel joist industry.**Respond To**:Alberto Del Valle TEL: **Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary**Experience**:- Steel Joist Industry: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)
