Security Leader We are looking for an experienced Security Leader to join our team and define, implement, and oversee the organization's comprehensive cybersecurity strategy. Main Responsibilities: Create a security vision that aligns with business objectives and protects against cyber threats. Develop and maintain effective security policies, standards, and procedures. Manage risk, conduct vulnerability assessments, and lead internal and external audits. Collaborate with teams to respond to incidents and develop recovery plans. Negotiate relationships with vendors, regulators, and compliance entities. Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and threats to ensure technological resilience. Technical Skills: 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including risk management and incident response. Strong knowledge of security architectures, cloud security, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR). Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH are highly desirable.
