**Roles and Responsibilities**- Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects related to factory buildings, equipment upgrades, layout optimization, and process improvements.- Develop and execute long-term strategies for manufacturing excellence, aligning with organizational goals and lean principles.- Serve as a key advisor to leadership on industrial engineering best practices and emerging trends.- Drive the implementation of lean principles across teams and processes.- Identify and eliminate waste, optimize workflows, and establish pull systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.- Analyze complex manufacturing processes and propose innovative solutions to address technical challenges.- Develop advanced models for production planning, material flow, and resource allocation.- Utilize data-driven decision-making to improve key performance metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).- Mentor and coach junior engineers and cross-functional teams in industrial engineering methods and lean principles.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across the organization.- Provide training and development opportunities to build technical and leadership capabilities within the team.- Manage high-impact capital investment projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution.- Act as a liaison between manufacturing teams and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and goals.- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, to drive results.**Minimum Required Qualifications**- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial engineering, lean manufacturing, or related fields, with at least 5 years of project management experience.- Must be able to travel domestically up to 40%.**Desired Characteristics and Experience**- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
