ING Bank România este o bancă universală cu peste 1,8 milioane de clienți din trei segmente de business: persoane fizice (retail), companii IMM-uri & Mid-Corporate și Wholesale Banking.- Vino alături de noi_Ce vei face în acest rol? Iată responsabilitățile:- Gestionarea corespondenței adresată Departamentului Juridic;- Documentare juridică pe diverse teme (identificarea cadrului legislativ aplicabil, a jurisprudenței și doctrinei relevante);- Centralizare informații și evidențe interne/externe necesare în activitatea Departamentului Juridic, inclusiv în legătură cu gestionarea situațiilor litigioase/prelitigioase;- Activități legate de operațiunile de creditare/garantare companii (ex: avizare înregistrări ipotecă mobiliară/imobiliară, avizare aprobări societare ale clienților, furnizare modele acorduri/contracte standard);- Monitorizarea și analiza anumitor modificări legislative, precum și informarea departamentelor/persoanelor relevante;- Pregătire/realizare diverse raportări sau prezentări;- Activități administrative (plăți, arhivarea fizică și electronică a documentelor etc.);- Alte activități la cererea managerilor, cu supervizarea acestora sau a unui consilier juridic senior/expert din cadrul Departamentului Juridic.Care este profilul pe care îl căutăm?- (proaspăt) absolvent al unei Facultăți de Drept;- Utilizare la nível avansat a programelor Excel, Word, Power Point;- O foarte bună cunoaștere a limbii engleze (scris și vorbit);- O foarte bună planificare și organizare a timpului și a lucrărilor, atenție la detalii, curiozitate, dorința de a învăța, integritate și loialitate, capacitate de înțelegere și sinteză, rapiditate, lucru în echipă.
