**About us**We are agile, creative, innovative and our goal is to change online dating for the better.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)- Create and publish engaging content on a daily basis, including but not limited to videos, photos, and infographics- Manage social media accounts and communities, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers- Monitor and report on social media metrics and KPIs to ensure we are meeting our goals- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices- Maintain relationships with social media influencers and content creators- This is remote position and must have efficient time management**Requirements**:- Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in a B2C environment- Expertise in using social media apps and platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging content- Excellent knowledge of pop culture trends and how to incorporate them into social media strategies- Experience managing social media campaigns on dating apps is a plus- Active presence on social media platforms- Knowledge of social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and report on social media metrics- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred- Exprerience using dating apps is a plus- Active on social media is a plus- Ability to travel domestically and internationally is a plusIf you are a creative, bilingual social media enthusiast with a passion for pop culture, we would love to hear from you.
