We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.1) Gestionar el sistema documental (Virtual y físico) incluyendo las políticas, SOP y documentos relacionados, la base de datos de registros e información histórica y de permisos y licencias del sistema de HSE2) Vigilar el sistema documental relacionado a los BCP de la afiliada y administrar el BCP master de México3) Administrar el sistema de contratos asegurando su vigencia y proceso de renovación4) Administrar el proceso para organizar la información normativa vigente del área en temas de NOM´s, estudios, registros y demás documentos relacionados.5) Administrar la calendarización y temática de comunicación de campañas de HSE en los espacios asignados de las instalaciones, así como de manera virtual. Generar medios de comunicación visuales a visitantes y personal contratista sobre aspectos relevantes y mandatorios de HSE en la organización.6) Dar mantenimiento al sitio interno de HSE (Sharepoint) con la información relacionada del área para comunicación de los colaboradores internos.7) Dar soporte y seguimiento a la base existente de Ergopoint completando al 100% las evaluaciones personales de ergonomía de cada colaborador.8) Participar activamente en alguna de las Brigadas de emergencia de Lilly así como en la Comisión de SeguridadLilly does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.
