Your potential is our inspiration.Where You’ll Make a Difference- Leading supplier evaluation and selection within the tail portfolio, ensuring alignment with business needs across quality, service, specifications, and cost efficiency.- Staying informed on evolving business requirements, including product changes, forecasts, and critical demand.- Participating in Core Strategy Teams for raw materials in the Efficiency and/or Essential Quadrants.- Negotiating pricing based on market trends and business strategies, while identifying cost optimization opportunities.- Executing Tail Spend strategy to maximize value from low-volume suppliers.- Representing sourcing in project development meetings and contributing to strategic planning.- Ensuring procurement activities comply with SOPs, audit standards, and company policies.- Utilizing sourcing tools such as e-auctions, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and sealed bids; drafting and managing contracts as needed.- Tracking procurement performance and resolving supplier issues related to delivery, quality, pricing, and blocked invoices.What Makes You the Right Fit- Graduates with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Procurement.- Raw Material Procurement knowledge- 2 years’ experience on negotiation- Proficiency in spoken and written English, other language is a plus.- Six Sigma Green Belt certification would be a plus.- Proficient in SAP for procurement and supplier management tasksHow Would You Stand Out?- Fast learner with strong curiosity and willingness to grow- Passionate about technology and interested in AI trends- Excellent planning and organizational skillsWhy Choose Us?- Home office opportunity (3 days/week)- Professional onboarding process- Training opportunities- Learning and development programsWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
