Punctuality, performance, and positivity will set you up for success**Benefits of Working as a Customer Service Representative**:- Flexible schedules We make sure you have time to balance life and work- Competitive salary - **Part time up to $13,000 MXN / Full time up to $18,300 MXN**:- Campaign specific benefits (Depending on the campaign, you may earn sales commissions)- Industry-leading benefits from day 1 - Legal benefits, food vouchers and savings fund- Amazing career growth opportunities- Paid in-person training**Working as a Customer Service Representative, You Will**:- Communicate a variety of information to the customer.- Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries.- Improve the customer’s service by selling upgrades and add-ons.- Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction.- Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.**Working as a Customer Service Representative, You Have**:- Advanced English (80% spoken)- Intermediate computer skills- The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled.- **The understanding that your training will be on-site and then you will be working on an hybrid schedule****Availability**:Full time and Part time (some shifts may depend on availability).**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-timePay: Up to $18,300.00 per monthExpected hours: 24 - 48 per weekWork Location: In person
