Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g. internal, supplier, customer, and customer warranty)- Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues.- Carry out product and process auditing.- Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained.- Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system (ISO9001)- Ensure compliance with quality specifications by inspection and testing of materials, equipment, processes, and products at different stages.- Write product test procedures.- Undertake special projects as required.- Assist with first off sample approvals.- Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke- (Error Proofing), and Measurement System Analysis- Must review the customer's system daily to report quality issues for the part numbers provided.- If there is a reported product quality issue for our part numbers, the engineer will initiate the process to resolve the reported issue through a phone call and/or a plant visit, as appropriate.- If the reported issue is the responsibility of the company, the quality engineer will report the quality problem to the department manager to initiate a solution to the reported problem.Experiência y requisitos**Education**:Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanics, or similar.**Experience**:2-5 years in similar roles in manufacturing industries in the têxtile, finishing and metalworking areas**Technical Knowledge**:Applicable quality standards (ISO 9001, -) Quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, 8D).Management of measurement instruments and statistical analysis techniques.Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).**Skills**:Critical analysis and problem solving.Effective communication and ability to work as a team.Organization and time management.**Technology**:Advanced use of Microsoft Office.Use of specialized quality software (Minitab, SAP, or others).**Languages**:Intermediate/advanced English (required for interaction with international clients)Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- fondo de ahorro**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Calidad**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés **Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
