The Network Enablement Lead will manage the execution of the supplier enablement workstream for our SAP Ariba customers by:- Coordinating internal outreach and support resources- Leading status calls- Delivering analysis of project metrics- Providing education and training to customers on all aspects of Ariba Network- Keeping project tasks on track- Drive strategies for supplier adoption of Ariba Network- Passionate about working directly with customers and comfortable maintaining a customer-centric attitude even under sub-optimal circumstances- An effective and polished communicator, both orally and in writing, and comfortable with public speaking/delivering presentations- Open to domestic travel, up to 15%**Experience Preferred**- Customer-facing role or roles- Supply chain and/or source-to-pay business processes- Project management principles- Advanced Microsoft Excel functions**Bring out your best****We win with inclusion**SAP’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.
