We’re expanding our team and looking for friendly, dedicated Customer Service Agents to help us keep our customers happy and informed._**Your Role**:- As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our energy services — all while delivering an outstanding customer experience._**Key Responsibilities**:- Answer inbound calls professionally.- Assist customers with billing questions, service inquiries, and account updates.- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently.- Document customer interactions accurately.- Follow company policies and maintain compliance with industry regulations.- Retain customers that want to cancel their service.**What We’re Looking For**:- No experience needed.- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.- Positive, patient, and customer-focused attitude.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.**What We Offer**:- Base salary: $15,000 MXN per month before taxes.- Punctuality and assistance bonus.- Weekly payments, always on time.- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM- Weekends OFF — enjoy work-life balance.- Full legal benefits from day one.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Programa de referidosPregunta(s) de postulación:- Vives en Monterrey, NL?Idioma:- Inglés Avanzado (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
