This position is responsible for delivering world‑class Opex support within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization, with a primary focus on Brazil. The role involves conducting detailed Opex analyses, interpreting actual results, and supporting forecasting activities— with special emphasis on inflation, productivity, and functional initiatives. The analyst will partner closely with the Market Unit (MU) operations and FP&A teams to provide accurate, timely information that supports decision‑making and ensures compliance with established Opex Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your Impact As a Finance Analyst, your key responsibilities will include: Deliver high‑quality financial services to GBS Finance clients in line with established SLAs, with responsibility for commodities inflation tracking and productivity yield alignment. Develop a deep understanding of the financial objectives and commercial strategies of different Operating Units (OUs) to effectively act as a trusted business partner. Collaborate with the Procurement Finance team to align on commodity inflation data and assess its financial impact on Brazil. Perform detailed actuals analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and variances, ensuring proactive recommendations and actions. Coordinate the Opex AOP (Annual Operating Plan), monthly closings, and forecasting cycles—identifying performance gaps and proposing corrective measures based on market trends, inflation insights, and business dynamics. Generate FX sensitivity analyses to assess and communicate potential impacts on financial performance. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Requirements Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration Computer literate – Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Access Language: Fluent in Portuguese Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and expense tracking. 1‑2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controlling, Cost Analysis, or Opex Management.
