Inter-Con employs over 25,000 security personnel world-wide, trained and managed by a team of professionals with unsurpassed military, law enforcement, and security experience.Inter-Con is Everywhere Security Matters.**Primary Responsibilities**The specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:- Manage data imports, database de-duping and cleanup.- Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes.- Guide customers remotely and in person through systems configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance- Listen attentively to customers’ questions and concerns and offer optimal solutions- Prioritize customer satisfaction in all communications, directing unresolved issues to next-level personnel- Work with desktop support engineers to provide customers with superior service- Inform customers about IT products and services- Walk customers step-by-step through the problem-solving process- Help with troubleshooting hardware and software- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service- Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal team members**Requirements**:- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience administration, configuration and report authoring with a Production Org- At least 1 full life-cycle Salesforce or CRM implementation preferred.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Demonstrates self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance- Initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time- Consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance- Passion for problem-solving and customer service- Tech savvy, with experience working in a tech-related field- Ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues- Team-oriented mindset with an openness to constructive feedback- Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems- Experience working as an IT help desk technician or in a similar customer support role**Desired**- Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities- Service Cloud- Integration with 3rd party software- Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is an affirmative action employer who provides equal employment opportunities to minorities, females, veterans, and disabled individuals, as well as other protected groups.
