**What we are expecting**- Engineer that have +3 years experience in a Project Management role (Desirable leading telecom infrastructure projects)- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills- Structured, organized, disciplined and methodical**Responsibilities**- Responsible for managing infrastructure projects- Bring enough technical understanding to elaborate project plan into tasks and phases.- Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders- Coordinate tasks, priorities and deliverables with team stakeholders (internal and client) throughout the project lifecycle- Meet with team regularly to review project deliverables, deadlines and performance- Coordinate and supervise the implementation of daily activities of each team.- Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and ensuring that they are within the specified scope and budget.- Guarantee the quality standard in the execution of projects.- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress- Define scope and objectives of the project, involving all interested parties, ensuring technical feasibility.- Ensuring the availability and allocation of resources- Contention and attention to client and project incidences.- Manage, control and update of the necessary documentation according to local regulations**Qualifications**- Bachelor degree in Civil/ Industrial/ Telecommunications Engineering or similar.- Extended previous experience in a Project Management role- Good understanding of Telecom Industry (CCTV, Telephone systems and emergency call point, TETRA, SCADA, Cybersecurity, etc)- Experience successfully leading and executing complex projects- Ability to effectively communicate and manage engineering project tasks- Strong critical analytical thinking.**Technical skills (mandatory)**- Advanced English (understanding, written and spoken)- Demonstrate IT Project Management Competences- Process affinity and strong process orientations- Excellent analytical, communication and Leadership skills- Proactive and with a sense of urgency- Relocation availability (Panama)**Soft skills**- Work ethic- Teamwork- Interpersonal skills- Conflict resolution- Problem-solving- Negotiation- Time management- Work under pressure- AdaptabilityTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Trabajar desde casa- Vacaciones superiores a las de ley- Vales de restauranteHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Estás dispuesto a reubicarte en Panamá?- ¿Has gestionado proyectos de instalacion de subsistemas de telecomunicaciones?
