TasksCustomer Logistics Leader is fully responsible for managing efficient, process and legally-compliant Customer Logistics operation in both, 8028 (MX) and 8009 (USA) outlets. It includes Customer Order Management, Production Planning and Customer, Dunnage Flow Control. Manages and controls the development of the appropriate skills, processes and tools for his/her team, ensuring that the team delivers to projects and defined efficiency and improvement targets.- Customer's portals, specific customer processes related to requirement and call-off processing (Ford, Stellantis, BMW, Nissan, GM, Mercedes, Toyota)- Managing activities to assure complete and on-time fulfillment of customer requirements.- Defining and managing activities leading to assure maintenance of target inventory levels for finished- and semi finished product, as well as required coverage ranges.- Support specific supply chain management activities during New Project Launch, Eng. Changes and Face-Out phases, to assure on-time availability of new components and elimination of creating of obsolete material.- Identify and manage proper process of customers' empty packaging flow control.- Plan, develop and optimize the availability and qualification of the necessary SCM manpower for the Customer Logistics team in order to assure the success of the organization.- Monitoring and reporting of relevant key performance indicators of Customer Logistics to stakeholders.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree: Engineering, administration- Knowledge in SAP: SD, PPS, MM, WM, ACCO, AP- Supply Chain Knowledge- Advanced English- Effective negotiation- Quality System based on IATF 16949 (including thought based on process and risk, quality policy)- Troubleshooting / Contingency Plans- Team Management - Leadership.- KPIs of the area and quality objectives / Procedures applicable to the positionAbout usContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
