Are you passionate about food industry operation and automated maintenance? Join our supply chain and operations team as Maintenance Manager. You’ll be responsible to plan, develop and control financial and human resources in order to maintain the equipments and facilities in optimal conditions to meet the manufacturing objectives. Responsible to have significant service with safety, quality and food safety to ensure delivery of optimal products at the lowest possible cost. Leads the development and execution of the asset care plan by k lean culture.This role is located Linares, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and is a full onsite role.A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing**Equipment Plant Management**: Ensure the continuity of the plant and the compliance of the food safety and safety standards in our equipments and facilities.**Control the budget and delivery savings**: Budget management - BUDGET 78 MM MXP; and support delivery of cost reductions/savings (4.5%).Continuous Improvement tools management for Autonomous Maintenance: Continuous improvement execution by k lean culture (ehss, 5s, tw, fi, etc).**People Management**: People management and development. Responsible for 19 people.We’re Looking for Someone With7-year experience in similar positions leading manufacturing plant maintenance activities.Bachelor’s degree in Indutrial, Electric, Mechanical Engineering or related field.Requires operations experience, manufacturing and maintenanceConversational English.Excellent leadership experience.What’s NextIf you join our team, you’ll be rewarded for the difference you make.
