Estamos buscando un perfil con visión estratégica, enfoque comercial y experiência en **merchandising, análisis de portafolio y relación con marcas internacionales** para liderar un rol clave dentro de un grupo especializado en retail y marcas globales.Objetivo del puestoEste rol actúa como punto principal entre la marca internacional y el mercado mexicano, siendo responsable de aterrizar la estrategia de portafolio, asegurar su correcta ejecución operativa, y dar visibilidad continua al negocio para equipos de ventas, marketing y supply chain.Responsabilidades principales- Aterrizar el **assortment planning** por temporada, canal y cliente.- Presentar temporadas a equipos internos, clientes y proveedores.- Participar en la construcción de **proyecciones de ventas y márgenes** anuales.- Analizar desempeño de producto con KPIs clave (sell through, pricing, inventario, etc).- Liderar procesos de compra (bookings) y presentaciones comerciales.- Aportar a la planeación del **OTB (Open to Buy)**.- Coordinar logística internacional y movimientos de inventario con supply.- Mantener actualizados los **datos maestros** del producto.Perfil requerido- Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Mercadotecnia, Negocios o afín.- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en áreas como **Merchandising**, **Project/Brand Management.**- Inglés avanzado (indispensable).- Dominio de ExcelSe trata de una oportunidad estratégica para impulsar tu desarrollo profesional en un entorno dinámico, colaborando con marcas globales y participando directamente en decisiones clave de crecimiento y expansión comercial.**Vista general de empleo**:**Fecha de publicación**:Publicado hace 10 horas**Fecha de vencimiento**:15 septiembre, 2025**Ubicación**:GARZA GARCÍA (México)**Nombre del cargo**:MERCHANDISE LEAD**Modalidad**Presencial
