**Seeking SAP ABAP HR Developer - HCM - Payroll for Exciting Project | Hybrid in Mexico City (Azcapotzalco)**We are looking for a **SAP ABAP HR Developer** with at least **2 years of experience** to join a long-term project (32 months) with a leading global consulting firm. This role focuses on developing and optimizing HR modules within SAP environments, contributing to high-impact technological solutions.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and maintain ABAP HR programs and enhancements.- Work with HR structures, Infotypes, Payroll functions, HCM and operations.- Support integrations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of HR systems.- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP HR solutions.**Technical Skills Required**:- Strong knowledge of **ABAP** programming.- Hands-on experience in **SAP ABAP HR** (2+ years).- Understanding of **HR structure, Infotypes, Payroll functions, HCM and operations**.- **English**: Advanced (Conversational).**Nice to Have**:- Experience in **Data Migration** projects.**Qualifications & Soft Skills**:- Bachelor’s degree or higher (IT-related preferred).- Excellent **communication**, **teamwork**, **commitment**, and **proactivity**.**Location & Schedule**:- **Hybrid** (Azcapotzalco, CDMX).- **Work hours**: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00**Benefits**:- Attractive Salary + Premium Benefits- Performance bonuses, grocery coupons, and savings are found.- Aguinaldo, premium vacations, and vacations paid- SGMM Medical insurance, family, and Life insurance.
