**Cost Accountant****Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or business administration- +5 years’ experience (demonstrated) related.- Bilingual Spanish-English. **(Must)**.- Advanced knowledge of mathematics and statistics- Understanding of organizational accounting concepts**Some of Responsibilities**:- Collecting and analyzing data about a company’s operational costs- Setting standard costs of manufactured goods- Developing and analyzing cost standards- Carrying out cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis- Establishing costs of business processes such as administration, labor, shipping, etc.- Performing account reconciliations- Preparing audit reports and presenting their findings to management- Recommending changes to the company’s processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit- Advising executives and upper management on appropriate costing based on financial data- Managing the company’s balance sheet and accounting books- Supporting other company accountants with invoicing and capital expenditure- Coordinate the upload of information to SAP between corporate and the departments of the Reynosa plant.- Weekly inventory analysis to monitor levels and costs, in order to have a healthy inventory.- Coordinate weekly meeting to share inventory analysis results.- Register part numbers in PLM.- Collect the new or required part number information to submit to the MDM group.- Review the information that MDM loads into the system, to ensure that it is correct.- Review the cost of the part numbers created, that they are consistent with the flow, raw material being loaded, etc.- Responsible for reviewing costs in codes 30.- General support in SAP system for all departments.
