Responsabilidades:
Aplicar conocimientos técnicos para operar un área tecnológica (por ejemplo, administración de redes, administración de servidores, gestión del rendimiento) o un grupo de clientes con riesgo/complejidad moderados.
• Integra conocimientos técnicos y comprensión empresarial para crear soluciones superiores para la empresa y los clientes.
Gestión de Incidentes:
• Resolver la mayoría de incidencias técnicas de forma independiente dentro de su área técnica.
• Trabajar con los miembros del equipo para resolver incidentes más complejos o entre tecnologías.
Gestión de escalamiento:
• Identificar posibles escaladas y gestionar alertas de forma proactiva.
Gestión de problemas:}
• Comenzar a brindar soluciones de manera proactiva y reactiva para evitar que ocurran problemas en el área de responsabilidad.
Gestión/implementación de cambios:
• Revisa, implementa y verifica de forma independiente cambios/soluciones de complejidad y riesgo moderados para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente y/o comercio/infraestructura de TI dentro de las áreas de responsabilidad técnica.
Gestión de parches y seguridad:
• Aplicar parches y cambios de seguridad por política.
• Supervisar proactivamente el entorno para comprobar el cumplimiento de los parches.
Gestión de configuración:
• Asegúrese de que las entradas de la base de datos de gestión de configuración (CMDB) estén completas y sean precisas.
• Diseño de soluciones: Aplica las soluciones de la empresa para satisfacer necesidades moderadamente complejas de clientes y/o comerciales/de infraestructura de TI dentro de las áreas de responsabilidad técnica.
Calidad:
• Proporcionar recomendaciones de mejora continua/asesoramiento para fijar direcciones dentro del equipo de trabajo.
Gestión de proyectos:
• Participar en proyectos internos y de clientes, incluida la transformación.
• Liderar proyectos desde área de responsabilidad propia.
Gestión de relaciones con el cliente:
• Equilibrar las necesidades internas con las necesidades de los clientes y/o negocios internos/usuarios finales dentro de parámetros definidos.
Trabajo en equipo:
• Trabajar como parte de un equipo, que puede ser virtual, global y/o multifuncional.
• Visto como un recurso para el equipo dentro del área de responsabilidad técnica.
Educación y experiencia requeridas:
• Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería, Negocios o campo relacionado o experiencia laboral equivalente.
• Puede tener certificaciones de nivel básico o intermedio en el campo laboral.
• Normalmente de 2 a 5 años de experiencia relevante.
Conocimientos y habilidades:
Las habilidades típicas incluyen:
• Certificación CCNA (deseable).
• Comprensión de la tecnología en responsabilidad directa.
• Comprensión general de las tecnologías relacionadas.
• Gestión General de Proyectos de Atención al Cliente.
• Gestión de Clientes/Proveedores.
• Análisis de Negocios.
• Dirección General Financiera.
