Servicio Latam requiere Network Engineer con experiencia en la administración de redes, administración de servidores y gestión del rendimiento. Debe proporcionar experiencia en infraestructura de TI (por ejemplo, servidores, redes) y servicios relacionados (por ejemplo, continuidad del negocio) durante todo el ciclo de vida de un acuerdo de acuerdo con los términos y condiciones establecidos contractualmente y los estándares técnicos establecidos. Proporciona aportaciones técnicas, soluciones y recomendaciones para la búsqueda de acuerdos. Participa y brinda apoyo a los esfuerzos de transición/transformación. Supervisa el cumplimiento de la prestación de servicios con el presupuesto, los estándares de calidad y los requisitos de los clientes y/o empresas internas/usuarios finales. Proporciona soporte técnico para el ciclo de vida de la infraestructura de TI y/o de la infraestructura de aplicaciones, incluida la planificación, la gestión de proyectos, la instalación, la gestión/monitoreo/solución de problemas continuos y la desinstalación, siguiendo políticas y procesos operativos que cumplen con los estándares de la industria (por ejemplo, infraestructura de tecnología de la información). Biblioteca (ITIL)). Gestiona la relación técnica/de servicio entre la empresa y el cliente, y entre la empresa y los subcontratistas/proveedores. Trabaja con los clientes clave y/o empresas internas/representantes de usuarios finales (gerentes de soporte de infraestructura, administrador de clientes y gerente de entrega de cuentas) para retener clientes y desarrollar el negocio. El trabajo de prestación de servicios de ITO generalmente se realiza de forma remota desde las instalaciones de la empresa, pero puede realizarse en la ubicación del cliente cuando sea necesario/justificado.

Responsabilidades:
Aplicar conocimientos técnicos para operar un área tecnológica (por ejemplo, administración de redes, administración de servidores, gestión del rendimiento) o un grupo de clientes con riesgo/complejidad moderados.
• Integra conocimientos técnicos y comprensión empresarial para crear soluciones superiores para la empresa y los clientes.

Gestión de Incidentes:
• Resolver la mayoría de incidencias técnicas de forma independiente dentro de su área técnica.
• Trabajar con los miembros del equipo para resolver incidentes más complejos o entre tecnologías.

Gestión de escalamiento:
• Identificar posibles escaladas y gestionar alertas de forma proactiva.

Gestión de problemas:}
• Comenzar a brindar soluciones de manera proactiva y reactiva para evitar que ocurran problemas en el área de responsabilidad.

Gestión/implementación de cambios:
• Revisa, implementa y verifica de forma independiente cambios/soluciones de complejidad y riesgo moderados para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente y/o comercio/infraestructura de TI dentro de las áreas de responsabilidad técnica.

Gestión de parches y seguridad:
• Aplicar parches y cambios de seguridad por política.
• Supervisar proactivamente el entorno para comprobar el cumplimiento de los parches.

Gestión de configuración:
• Asegúrese de que las entradas de la base de datos de gestión de configuración (CMDB) estén completas y sean precisas.
• Diseño de soluciones: Aplica las soluciones de la empresa para satisfacer necesidades moderadamente complejas de clientes y/o comerciales/de infraestructura de TI dentro de las áreas de responsabilidad técnica.

Calidad:
• Proporcionar recomendaciones de mejora continua/asesoramiento para fijar direcciones dentro del equipo de trabajo.

Gestión de proyectos:
• Participar en proyectos internos y de clientes, incluida la transformación.
• Liderar proyectos desde área de responsabilidad propia.

Gestión de relaciones con el cliente:
• Equilibrar las necesidades internas con las necesidades de los clientes y/o negocios internos/usuarios finales dentro de parámetros definidos.

Trabajo en equipo:
• Trabajar como parte de un equipo, que puede ser virtual, global y/o multifuncional.
• Visto como un recurso para el equipo dentro del área de responsabilidad técnica.

Educación y experiencia requeridas:
• Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería, Negocios o campo relacionado o experiencia laboral equivalente.
• Puede tener certificaciones de nivel básico o intermedio en el campo laboral.
• Normalmente de 2 a 5 años de experiencia relevante.
Conocimientos y habilidades:

Las habilidades típicas incluyen:
• Certificación CCNA (deseable).
• Comprensión de la tecnología en responsabilidad directa.
• Comprensión general de las tecnologías relacionadas.
• Gestión General de Proyectos de Atención al Cliente.
• Gestión de Clientes/Proveedores.
• Análisis de Negocios.
• Dirección General Financiera.
