Whether its career opportunities, job enrichment or a supportive work environment, if you are ready for this challenge, then we are ready for youHyatt is an equal opportunity employer that promotes gender equity.Our Values: Respect | Integrity | Wellbeing | Empathy | Experimentation | Inclusion**Qualifications**:- Advanced conversational skills in Spanish and English, both in writing, speaking, and reading.- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.- Ideally with studies in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.- Experience with Opera, Reserve, and Prio systems for report generation and queries is desirable.- Previous sales experience within the hotel industry, preferably in the leisure segment.- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships with potential clients.- Customer orientation and ability to understand and effectively meet client needs.- Proactivity and ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.- Knowledge of the leisure market and skills to identify business opportunities.
