If you’re willing to contribute and create value for tomorrow’s cleaner and smarter mobility, Faurecia is the place to be.**The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible of provide support to the UAP on assigned product, process and project matters, as well as maintain improvements and trained personnel within their specialty. Ensure successful implementation and documentation of assigned projects/programs as they relate to manufacturing aspects.**The main missions of the role are to:- Analysis, development, validation and documentation of process modifications.- Continuous improvement in machine processes and daily troubleshooting of equipment, processes and suppliers.- Participation in tooling validation and equipment sign-off. Follow-up on prototype manufacturing.- Maintain tooling database and equipment capabilities.- Provide training to production personnel.- Identify risk points in machinery and equipment and eliminate those that correspond to their area of expertise.- 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes within the automotive sector.- ** Strong knowledge in stamping processes (metal mechanic), FMEA development, analysis and deployment, IATF, problem solving tools.**- ** Experience with IATF, PLC programming (basic), Core Tools and functional test equipment, documentation/design of stamping processes.**- Organizational skills, sense of urgency and autonomy.- Upper Intermediate / Advanced English language skills.Faurecia is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
