Ennoble Social Innovations is focused on transforming the government school landscape of India through its flagship “YeloGreen School” program. 1. Program Associate – STEM Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Program Associate (STEM Trainer) to join our team. As a STEM Trainer, you will be responsible for planning and delivering STEM based training curriculum to teachers. Your expertise in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) will be crucial in fostering a love for these subjects among educators and empowering them to provide engaging and effective learning experiences to them.

Past Work Experience: 2-3 years of Experience of Teaching

Educational Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech/M.Sc./B.Sc. (Electronics & Communication/ Computer Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology)

Location: Turbhe

CTC: 3.60 – 4.80 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conducting Teachers Training with Government School Teachers discussion with Department for Science Based Education implementation.
• Develop STEM learning activities and hands-on materials for training sessions for Teachers.
• Devise innovative strategies and plans to enhance the learning experience for teachers.
• Conduct practical sessions on topics including Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths by Experiments, Exposure visits, Events, Exhibition visits, Expert visits, etc. for creating an understanding for Teachers to implement it practically in the classroom.
• Monitor the progress of teachers during training sessions and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Prepare and submit all necessary reports related to teachers’ training and sessions in a timely manner to the Department/Stakeholder.
• Assessment to assess teachers’ understanding of their growth on defined Parameters.
• Implementing Science Based Education into Classroom transactions.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with teachers and ensure regular communication.
• Designing and updating the STEM training curriculum and focusing on regular implementation of Classroom Activity, Lab Activity & Exposure activity.
• Assist in the development of new training strategies and resources.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in implementing STEM concepts in their classrooms.
• Participate in the evaluation and improvement of the STEM training program.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in STEM education.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong knowledge and passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Creativity in designing engaging STEM learning activities.
