Come join our team at MAHLE #StrongerTogether**Your Role & Responsibilities**:- Ensures that a quality system is established, implemented, and maintained according to the IATF16949 standard.- Reports on the performance of the quality system to general management for review and as a basis for improvement.- Acts as a change agent within the site.- Formulates and maintains quality assurance objectives.- Ensure the quality function is aligned to financial targets.- Guarantee continuous quality compliance over materials and products.- Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.- Investigates and addresses customer quality complaints.- Builds and enhances cross-functional relationships, services and information flow between the organization, the customer, and other key stakeholders related to the product quality.- Identifies and leads product and process quality improvement.
