They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.**What your background should look like**:Job ScopeDiagnose and define TEOA strategic initiatives to support the INDUSTRIAL HMO OrganizationEnsure implementation and execution of defined strategic plansMain Target SummaryMeet operational transformation and CI targets through Projects implementation on Hermosillo BuildingTasks Summary & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and agree on necessary strategic initiatives based on our INDUSTRIAL Hermosillo targets with the relevant stakeholders and ensure the plant implementationAnalyse the gaps and potentials in TEOA related processes based on company priorities and create a common understanding and alignment across organisationOrganize workshops with the organization to identify CI opportunities and Best Practices sharingRun CI projects to close identified gapsConduct SL preparation audit and support the plant in achieving SL TEOA requirementsIdentify knowledge gaps and develop and execute training plans at all levels accordinglyEducational Degree: University Degree electrical or mechanical engineering, or related fieldProfessional Experience (years in what processes and functions would be ideal)Several years’ experience in automotive industry8 years’ experience in Lean ManufacturingExperience in Operations and manufacturing technology, engineering and product quality as well as Supply ChainSpecial Qualifications, Knowledge & SkillsAbility to cooperate with people of different levels inside/ outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objectivesAbility to express information in a manner appropriate to different levels of people & to lead debatesDevelopment and execute Productivity pipelines and use of Digital Factory in order to support fast operational transformationKnowledge of talent development strategiesGood strategic thinkerHighly energized and self-motivated with experience working with teams to implement changeCan communicate with all levels and in different cultural settings to get everyone on boardStrong planning/organization & time management skillsTrack record of successful project managementAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, utilize process and value stream mapping, and draw valid conclusions.
