Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThis role is responsible for the strategic management of purchasing and demand planning to ensure an efficient supply chain aligned with the company’s operational needs. It oversees material procurement, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization while developing planning strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels, improve sourcing processes, and ensure the fulfillment of production and sales objectives.- Incorporates capacity planning, scheduling, inventory, material, and associated cost elements and resources.- Performs detailed analysis of customer demand, sales projections, and historical material usage to develop and execute build-to-order and build-to-forecast production plans- Coordinate with cross-functional business teams to develop the best economic strategy for production through effective demand planning and supply chain management.- Prepares customer delivery reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Utilizes this information to proactively communicate potential purchase needs and delays in deliveries.- Coordinate S&OP process to create strategy and tactical plans to achieve organizational goals relative to delivery performance and inventory levels.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Business, or related fields.- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement, demand planning, or supply chain management.- Knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier negotiation, and inventory management.- Proficiency in ERP and purchasing/planning management systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.).- Development and implementation of procurement and demand planning strategies.- Negotiation of contracts with national and international suppliers.- Inventory management and optimization to prevent shortages or overstock.- Coordination with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure efficient material flow.- KPI management and data analysis for strategic decision-making.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- seguro de vida- bonos anuales- comedor- fondo de ahorro- transporte- seguro de gastos médicos- servicios médicos en planta**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Materiales**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Turno Matutino**Salario mensual neto** $2,000 - $3,000 MXN**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
