How You’ll Make an Impact Drive digital transformation projects aligned with Industry 4.0 standards. Implement smart factory solutions for real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance. Configure, program, and troubleshoot PLCs for seamless machine communication. Develop automated dashboards for production KPIs and performance analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve OEE. Integrate MES, SCADA, and ERP systems for streamlined operations. Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Support IT/OT convergence and cybersecurity best practices. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, or related field. 3+ years of experience in manufacturing automation and digitalization projects. Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial communication protocols. Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with MES, SCADA, and ERP integration.
