**Functions**:- Responsible for processing 3PL receipts and consumptions in BPCS system- Responsible for updating Holg/Sort locations in BPCS for material at 3PL- Responsible for processing ECI China air shipments in BPCS**Education requirements**:- High School / Technical courses- Visa travel (required)- English 90%- Experience in warehousing and knowledge of the shipping/receiving environment- Knowledge basic Microsoft programs**Activities of position**:- Support inmediate support to solve problems in the processes of each 3PL- Direct communication with the plant and the 3PL- Follow-up to problems reported with the finished product- Analysis of inventory transactions in the system- Adjustment of inventory and/or transactions in the system in coordination with Finanzas- Coordination with plant and Logistics shipments and / or return of material- Coordinate with the 3PL the inputs and outputs of the physical material and in system- Faction according to customer requirements- Daily inventory reconciliation reported by the 3PL and the ECI system- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports on the finished product in the 3PL- Cyclical counts and physical inventories in 3PL.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $1.00 - $2.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have visa?**Education**:- High school or equivalent (preferred)**Language**:- English avanced (preferred)
