Come have a seat at our table.**What You Will Do in This Role**:The Total Rewards administrator contributes to the development and administration of Brown-Forman’s compensation & benefits program within our Latin America region.This role will ensure that our Total Rewards Philosophy of providing attractive, fair, and equitable rewards is being accomplished.The position will be focused on fleet program management in Mexico, by ensuring that the guidelines and operation processes work correctly. This role will act as the primary point of contact between employees, human resources and our vendors.The role will execute these responsibilities in alignment with providing the best employee experience possible and ensuring cost control and efficiencies in the program. Vehicle assignments, renewals, purchase orders, payments, car delivery, maintenance, insurance, fuel administration and employee service, and agency/operational car management, will be part of the administrator functions.**What It’s Like to Work Here**:- Fleet Operation and follow-up: New assignments, renewals, terminations, car selling (Overall activities expressed in the fleet policy under the fleet administrator).- Provide advice and support for fleet users, HR & vendors; improve employee experience in everything related to the fleet, car insurance, maintenance and mandatory instances (verification, fines and infractions) activities.- Insurance management: company and personal cars: renewals, deductible payments, claims, payment on personal policies, vendor management. Invoice payments (vendors) & vehicle purchase order management, credit notes, fines and infractions.- Update fleet reports and database (Active employee records per cost center and car level for accounts payable, maintenance, fuel, payroll deductible discounts, fines and infractions and reports for our global fleet vendor)- Delivery documentation between employees and vendors including responsive letters- As needed it will also support the Total Rewards team within compensation and benefits activities or projects, improving the Total Rewards presence in the Production Site and commercial business unit.**We Are Looking For People Who**:- Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Business Administration, Accounting, Finance- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in fleet administration or human resources programs. Customer service experience desired.**Job Competencies**:- English proficiency - required- Office/ Google APPS.- Practical working knowledge of statistical techniques used to analyze a variety of internal and external data.- Creation of database reports using excel or similar tools to assist with plan design.- Refined written and verbal communication skills.- Knowledge of fleet practices and design.- Collaborative approach - connects work to others within the business to ensure relevance and effectiveness.**#LI-IB1**Brown-Forman Corporation is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment.
