**Req ID**:944**Full-Time/Part-Time**:Full-Time**Our heart beats for talents - be one of them**:We are looking for a Customer Sales Assistant (M/F/d) to strengthen operations in our sales office in Mexico.**Your Role**:- You will support our local Sales Team with all administrative tasks, sales ad hoc requests and contact with customers- You analyze customer data, file in travel expense reports and prepare reports and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint- You coordinate appointments and meetings, arrange travel itineraries and remain calm even in the face of last-minute changes- You will be in close contact with our Overseas Sales Customer Service team located in our Headquarter in Vienna, Austria as well as with our European based production facilities**Your Profile**:- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have 2-3 years of professional experience in internal sales or customer service- You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint- You like to work independently, structured with numbers and good time management skills- You communicate fluently in Spanish and English (C-Level), another foreign language is an advantage- Experience in using ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus**Our Offer**:Join our dedicated team of passionate colleagues who like to get things doneWe offer you a job in a stable, international company with long-term development prospects and an international team that works responsible, passionate, collaborative and result-focused.For this position, we offer a monthly salary starting at MXN 35,000.00, plus benefits.
