**Responsibilities**:- Generate production reports- Support in the analysis of quality data, production, efficiencies and profits of the plant.- Manage and control the plant contracting system.- Manage the quality, shipping and production system of the plant.- Handling, monitoring and management of the different work teams managed through the production engineers.- Align with the strategy and coordination directed by the Maintenance Department.- Compliance and follow up of production KPI's.- Effective and assertive contact with areas involved in supply chain.- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies of the "Safety, Health and Environment" department in accordance with OSHA regulations.Qualifications:- Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineer, etc.- Conversational English level.- At least 5 years in a plant manager role.- Ability to interact well with co-workers and promote the "Work Team" concept.- Good leadership and organizational skills- 24/7 availability.Schedule: Monday to Sunday ( full availability - one day off per week)Benefits: Medical Insurance, dental, vision.We offer a relocation bonus of 2,000.00 USD and hotel accommodation for 15 days. We also support you with the whole work visa process.Join our team and contribute to our commitment to delivering high-quality products and maintaining customer satisfaction.- _______________________________________________**Responsabilidades**:- Generar informes de producción- Apoyar en el análisis de datos de calidad, producción, eficiencias y beneficios de la planta.- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las certificaciones y normas de calidad que aplican a la planta.- Gestionar y controlar el sistema de contratación de la planta.- Gestionar el sistema de calidad, expedición y producción de la planta.- Manejo, seguimiento y gestión de los diferentes equipos de trabajo gestionados a través de los ingenieros de producción.- Alinearse con la estrategia y coordinación dirigida por el Departamento de Mantenimiento.- Cumplimiento y seguimiento de los KPI's de producción.- Contacto efectivo y asertivo con las áreas involucradas en la cadena de suministro.- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones y políticas del departamento de "Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente" de acuerdo con las regulaciones OSHA.**Cualificaciones**- Ingeniería mecánica, ingeniería industrial, fabricación, gestión, ingeniería eléctrica, ingeniería de procesos.- Inglés conversacional- Al menos 5 años en un puesto de jefe de planta.- Capacidad para relacionarse bien con los compañeros de trabajo y promover el concepto de "equipo de trabajo".- Buenas dotes de liderazgo y organización- Disponibilidad 24/7Horario: De lunes a domingo ( disponibilidad completa - un día libre a la semana)Beneficios: Seguro médico, dental, oftalmológico.Ofrecemos una bonificación por traslado de 2.000,00 USD y alojamiento en hotel durante 15 días.
