We are looking for a professional with strategic vision, analytical skills, and proven leadership to ensure the efficiency of our operations.**Main Responsibilities**:- Prepare and deliver financial reports that reflect the companys economic reality, including analysis and recommendations to guide decision-making.- Oversee the efficient use of working capital, with special focus on managing accounts payable and receivable to ensure adequate liquidity.- Design and implement initiatives to optimize costs, eliminate unnecessary expenses, and strengthen the organizations cash flow.- Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline internal processes and boost the productivity of the administrative area.- Coordinate and develop teams, setting clear objectives and promoting a high-performance culture.**Key Requirements**:- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in Administrative, Financial, or Accounting Management roles.- **Education**: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or relevant certifications are a plus.- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong expertise in financial management, treasury, budget control, and accounting.
