We use some of the latest technologies in the digital and cognitive field to empower organizations in every aspect.Right now, we are looking for **Talent & Culture Business Partner Junior** to join our team at Globant- You will get the chance to:_- Be part of an amazing team of multitalented, multicultural and passionate People professionals in different countries.- Stay on top of the business by becoming a partner to different Globant's areas aligned with the corporate needs and goals with proactive attitude and responsibility.- Be a trusted advisor and guide to leaders on different people matters.- Be the focal point for all globers on your site/city/country and provide them day to day support with a focus on continuously improving their experience and engagement.- Propose new proactive actions to maintain the commitment of our globers.- Responsible for retention processes, turnover analysis and forecasts.- Ensure Diversity, Equity & Inclusion processes and policies are followed aligned to Globant's Code of Ethics and D&I Fundamentals.- Work closely with the teams in order to guarantee an excellent work environment.- Become Globant's cultural ambassadors through sharing Globant's spirit and values.- Develop your career in an exciting and revolutionizing IT company.- Work with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.- What will help you succeed:_- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, human resources, or related degree- 2 years of experience in the HR field or similar positions.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.- Being familiar to HR processes, policies and employment law.- Being empathetic, flexible & goal oriented.- Being capable of taking a step back to look at a bigger picture.- Enjoy solving problems and working proactively.- High attention to detail, critical thinking, exceptional stakeholder care, heightened awareness of the organizational impact, and ability to manage multiple priorities.- Ability to connect, hear what isn't being said, and compassion to find a successful, inclusive path forward.- Being able to build positive relationships with globers and leaders.- To have a great attitude and align with our culture and values- Continuous improvement mindset.- Advanced English skills.At Globant we believe that an inclusive culture and a diverse environment makes us stronger.
