Activities Plan and coordinate air logistics to guarantee timely and efficient delivery of cargo. Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, suppliers, and strategic partners. Ensure quality and safety in the handling and air transportation of goods. Implement and maintain air transport management systems. Ensure adherence to aviation regulations and industry standards. Analyze and improve air operational processes. Manage budgets and financial plans for air operations. Identify and mitigate air operational risks. Collaborate with other departments to ensure strategic alignment. Manage incidents and issues during air transport. Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure satisfaction and compliance with requirements. Issue HBLs (House Bill of Lading) for export. Create and update electronic records. Complete and update the operations report in Google Drive. Input costs and sales data into the billing system. Job Profile Education: Bachelor's degree, Coursework, Professional certifications. Experience: Air freight and logistics operations 4 years; Air forwarder 4 years+.
