Responsibilities include conceptualizing, planning, filming, animated and editing weekly video capsules for our brand in different formats. When our team seek a keen eye, a creative mind, and the ability to embody their brand essence through photos, they'll turn to you.You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end video production process, from conceptualization to final delivery. You will work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and external vendors to produce high-quality videos that resonate with our target audience.**You will**Video Production Management:- Oversee and manage the entire video production process, from pre-production to post-production.- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine video requirements and objectives.- Develop project timelines, budgets, and production schedules.- Source and coordinate external resources, including videographers, editors, and talent, as needed.- Ensure all video projects adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in messaging.Creative Conceptualization:- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts for video content.- Translate marketing objectives and messaging into visually compelling video ideas.- Collaborate with the marketing team to align video concepts with overall marketing strategies.Scriptwriting and Storyboarding:- Write engaging scripts that effectively convey key messages and align with the brand's tone.- Create detailed storyboards to guide the production team and ensure a cohesive visual narrative.Video Production:- Oversee on-set activities, including directing talent, camera operators, and crew members.- Coordinate locations, props, lighting, and other production elements.- Ensure all necessary equipment and resources are available and in working order.- Monitor and maintain production quality and ensure visual consistency.Post-production and Editing:- Manage the editing process, ensuring seamless transitions, audio clarity, and visual aesthetics.- Work closely with video editors to provide creative guidance and feedback.- Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance video content.- Review and approve final edits, ensuring they meet the required standards.Quality Control and Optimization:- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in video production.- Continuously optimize video production processes and workflows for efficiency.- Conduct post-project analysis to evaluate the performance and impact of video content.- Monitor and ensure video content is optimized for various platforms and devices.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or a related field (preferred).- Proven experience as a Video Producer, preferably in a creative agency or production environment.- Expertise in video production techniques, equipment, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.- Strong understanding of storytelling, visual composition, and narrative structure.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cr
