Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:LD Controller PAEN Canada**Your role and responsibilities**As Order Entry Specialist you will be an integral part of Canadian Process Automation organization. You will work in close collaboration with Project Managers and Controllers.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries division in San Luis Potosi.You will be mainly accountable for:- Record customer purchase orders in SAP as per instructions and procedures.- Maintain accurate data entry throughout order execution.- Issue invoices in SAP as per contract milestones and enter in customer platform if needed.- Follow up on invoice status.- Retain documentation related to orders that support compliance with internal controls and procedures.- Ensure proactive communication with all stakeholders.- Effectively support Controlling and Project Management with ad hoc requests.**Qualifications for the role**- At least 1 year of work experience in order entry.- Direct experience with SAP will be a significant asset.- Positive outlook, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.- Proficient in English language.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration**LICENSE TO OPERATE / CORE VALUES**- Demonstrates ABB’s core values and group safety and integrity standards and acts accordingly.- Implements and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies and processes in their assigned area.- Ensures adherence to all relevant internal and statutory regulations and policies.- Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities.**Benefits (Optional)**We also offer our employees the following benefits:- Dental insurance- Flex days- Employee Assistance Program (PAE)- Development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and- English Learning EF English Live School (EF)- Paid parental leave- Life insurance- Retirement plan- Health insurance- Wellbeing program
