Job Description:Knowledge and Skills- Knowledge of packaging design.- Experience with ISTA, ASTM standards and packaging validation processes- Ability to work on cross-functional projects (quality, engineering, sourcing)- Intermediate to advanced English for documentation and global communication- Focus on continuous improvement, sustainability and packaging cost optimization.- Creativity, technical analysis and solution oriented thinking- Development and documentation of packaging specifications per project.- Perform and follow up ISTA/ASTM validation tests- Create and update BOMs and technical drawings in system.- Participate in new product launches- Teamwork
