CDMX Permanent offer Hybrid**Your new company**Leading company in the development and manufacture of consumables for the Printing Industry, is looking for its Regulatory Compliance Specialist.**Your new role*****You will be responsible of:- Maintain regulatory records, manage and update regulatory system data in various databases.- Prepare data and documents to support internal and external customer regulatory needs.- Review raw material introductions for compliance against regional and global regulations.- Monitor regional regulatory activities to identify upcoming regulatory changes.- Quickly act to address data and systems issues to ensure compliant movement of goods.- Align regional projects with global counterparts.- Enact regulatory strategies related to regional regulatory changes (e.g. Prop 65, TSCA, DSL, FDA, Mercosur, ANVISA, etc).Also this position works to ensure continuous compliance for industrial ink and coatings products in support of the companys commercial teams in North America and Latin America.**What you'll need to succeed***- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific field is required. (Chemistry preferred, but other disciplines with organic chemistry coursework/experience are acceptable).- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs/Product Stewardship role in the chemical industry.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Knowledge and experience with North Americas regulations (e.g. TSCA, Prop 65, DSL, etc)**What you'll get in return**An attractive compensation package with benefits above the law.
