You will be at the forefront of Tango and will need to work effectively with all of the areas within the organization to establish a good standing relationship with our customers and generate future business.**What You'll Own**- Solution Discovery- Identify client needs and propose a software development framework based on customer situation.- Understand customer problems and propose validated solutions.- Product roadmap and release planning creation.- Solution Development- Sprint backlog creation.- SDLC management and monitoring.- Risks communication and mitigation.- Iterations result's analysis and communication to stakeholders.- Budget management.- Product evangelism.- Other responsibilities:- Collaboration with Account Management for client success.- Customer relationship management.- Team's performance management.**This is a fit for you if**- 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Delivery Manager.- Strong experience working with Agile methodologies.- Strong experience working with Project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.- Team & stakeholder collaboration skills.- Leadership & Mentorship skills.- Knowledge of product discovery, delivery and optimization techniques.- Ability to deeply self learn new industry and domain knowledge from scratch.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.**Our hiring process**First, you'll have a 30 minute interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists. The next part is a code challenge and technical interview with one of our senior developers. Lastly, you will meet our client who you would be working with once you join Tango.
