The Opportunity PepsiCo’s Digital Planning Transformation program is a global initiative designed to revolutionize our planning and reporting capabilities. Our goal is to unify all Operating Units (OUs) on a single, standardized planning platform—Cockpit—to enable real-time decision support, eliminate manual processes (Excel, PPT, PDF), and deliver an agile, user-friendly performance management tool. Cockpit, PepsiCo’s digital performance reporting platform, serves over 7,000 users and generates 175,000 views per month, driving insights and efficiency across the organization. This role operates within a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment that encourages experimentation, continuous learning, and close collaboration with data engineers and developers as part of PepsiCo’s global digital transformation. Your Impact In this role, you will: Partner with Business Teams: Collaborate with OUs and Functions to capture reporting needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Design & Develop Dashboards: Create end-to-end visual dashboards for financial performance. Enable drill-down capabilities for deeper insights. Take full ownership of end-to-end BI solutions, from understanding business logic to transforming data and developing scalable dashboards that meet business needs. Deploy Reporting Frameworks: Build harmonized dashboards aligned with corporate FP&A standards. Work with large and complex datasets, applying performance optimization techniques and helping to define BI best practices across the team. Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify enhancements to improve user experience and system performance. Prioritize and lead implementation of changes. Ensure Data Integrity & Security: Maintain compliance with financial data security and legal requirements. Guarantee consistency with Sector and Corporate FP&A reporting. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with S&T teams to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in SPOT/Cockpit design. Collaborate directly with data engineers and developers to design new data pipelines and enable advanced analytics capabilities. Enable Adoption: Deliver training and support for Cockpit users. Lead Tactical Projects: Manage dashboard initiatives within the Cockpit Digital Finance team. Design new data pipelines along with the Data Engineering team to onboard new capabilities in Cockpit. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For?
