We listen, we engage, and we do what we say - every time.We're looking for a Functional Consultant with technical skills to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of Workforce Management (WFM) and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.Experience with **Replicon is highly preferred**, along with a strong **background in Workforce Management, both functional and technical.** This role blends business consulting with hands-on work in configuration, integrations, and reporting.**_What You Will Do:_**- Gather requirements and map business processes to Replicon/WFM/HCM systems.- Configure Replicon modules (Time Tracking, Project & Billing, Expense, TimeOff).- Build reports, support integrations (ERP, Payroll, HRIS), and troubleshoot issues.- Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.- Drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of product updates.**_Your knowledge, skills, and abilities: _**- 3+ years in a **Functional/Technical Consultant** role with WFM/HCM platforms.- ** Replicon experience strongly preferred**.- Strong knowledge of time, expense, payroll, and workforce processes.- Technical skills with SQL, APIs/web services, and reporting tools.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- ** Authorized to work in Mexico.**:- ** Only Resumes in English will be considered.****_Why join the Improvizations team? _**We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for our team.
